'Ecoganic' Farming and Nursery Products
We raise various beef,, as well as Jersey dairy cows, meat and Nubian dairy goats, and feild raised laying hens of all varieties. We offer crafts and homemade items like soap, candles, rag rugs, designer ornamental stepping stones, etc. Our eggs from free roam hens are the talk of the town!
Our focus is on doing things the old fashioned way where feasible, and with as little impact on the earth as possible. We avoid pesticides and fertilizers the have a negative environmental impact, but we are not tree huggers. We are God Huggers!
We are practicing House Church folks. We love the Lord Jesus Christ and attempt to live as the Church did in the New Testament. Our meetings may be in a barn, a living room, or under a big oak tree. The meeting place isn't as important as the format of the meeting. When the church meets, the Lord is the center of the meeting, not a man. The Lord fulfills His will, not our organization.So, we believe being the church is all about findning out what God is all about instead of forecasting what we are all about. It can be a little intimidating to not have a plan. Sometimes folks might be a bit unconventional, but with love, patience and understanding, the Truth prevails and we all grow through it; and the Lord gets the glory!
Folks are welcome to come out to our place and kids love getting to pet the goats and collect eggs. Best to call ahead of time to make sure nothing is going on to prevent a visit.
